Our app changes that. This is a smart, personalized health platform designed specifically for women to track and predict fatigue, symptoms, energy levels, and recovery needs based on your own data — not population averages.

Using seamless wearable integration and a friendly WhatsApp chatbot, the app gathers real-time insights from your body and daily experience. It then translates that data into personalized fatigue scores, symptom trends, and recovery insights, all based on the clinically recognized Canadian Consensus Criteria (CCC).
